Strenuous physical activity found to be detrimental post a fit of anger or emotional upset, study suggests.
-Recent studies suggest that strenuous work out post a fit of anger could be dangerous for the heart and should be avoided.
-In a recent survey, close to 12,500 people were evaluated from about 52 countries. The participants were questioned about their emotional well being and current ongoing activity.
-As per the studies, anger and emotional upset was found to be linked twice with the risk of having a heart attack.
-On the contrary, those who were engaged in a physical activity and were emotionally low or angry were at thrice the risk of heart attack.
Findings were published in Circulation
