People with busy schedules found to have better cognitive functions, study suggests
-Recent research, conducted by the University of Dallas, suggested that staying busy was found to be linked with improved memory.
-The subjects were made to answer a questionnaire and were scored accordingly. The study evaluated the responses of close to 330 adults (aged between 50 to 89).
-The subjects were also examined for their memory, information processing speed, reasoning, and vocabulary.
-It was observed that the people with busy schedules had greater episodic memory than those who had a relatively less busy schedule.
-Findings were published in Journal Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience
