Prioritize sleep over other things for a healthy lifestyle by implementing few day- to day changes, report suggests
-A recent report from the Global Council On Brain Health, advised people to prioritize their sleep over other things to live a healthy life.
-Researchers suggested banning of TVs, phones and laptops in the bedroom. They also suggested limiting the nap span to less than 30 minutes and eating dinner three hours prior to going to bed.
-The research suggested that by avoiding arguments, wearing socks and keeping the pets out of the bedroom during the night, one could welcome a good night’s sleep.
-Avoiding an argument and decreasing the worry time during late evenings was also found to be benefit those who had a tough time getting sleep.
