People with at least one child more likely to live longer, recent study suggests
-The study collected data on about 1.4 million people born in Sweden between 1911-1925. The people were
-As per the study, people who had kids had a longer life expectancy. By age 60, life expectancy was two years longer for men and 1.5 years longer for women.
-The study also suggested that people with kids had a healthier old age. The improved life expectancy was regardless of the gender of the kids.
-The study revealed that parenthood helped the parents improve their social interaction and made them happier and live longer.
