Water exercises and swimming found to be beneficial for your heart health, study suggests
-Recent studies suggest that under water exercises and swimming has been found to be beneficial for losing weight compared to other physical activities. It was found to improve the cardiovascular health as well.
-Recreational swimming was found to burn as many calories as were burnt during brisk walking. Experts were of the opinion that water makes the human body buoyant and therefore puts less stress onto the joints and bones.
-Additionally, swimming laps can help you relax and meditate and therefore help you get rid of the stress and promote good health.
