 Deep Breathing

Breathe in slowly through your nose, allowing your chest and abdomen to rise. Hold for a few seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat for a few minutes.

Pursed Lip Breathing

Inhale through your nose for 2 counts, then exhale slowly through pursed lips (as if you're blowing out a candle) for 4 counts. This helps slow your breathing and improves lung function.
