Let’s explore 5 simple bedtime yoga poses to help you drift off effortlessly.

Sit on your heels, stretch your arms forward, and rest your forehead on the mat. Breathe deeply and relax for 1-2 minutes.

Child’s Pose (Balasana)

Lie on your back and rest your legs against a wall. Stay for 5 minutes, breathing slowly.

Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani)

Lie back, bring your feet together, & let your knees drop outward. Breathe deeply & hold for 2-3 minutes.

Reclining Butterfly (Supta Baddha Konasana)

Stand, bend forward from your hips, and let your hands touch the floor. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Forward Bend (Uttanasana)

Lie on your back, close your eyes, and let go of all tension. Stay in this pose for 5-10 minutes.
