Cranberries are rich in antioxidants and help to prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs), which can affect kidney health. Sip unsweetened cranberry juice or snack on dried cranberries.

High in vitamin C, A, and B6, red bell pepper is low in potassium, making them perfect for kidney care. Add them to salads, stir fries, or roast.
