Back acne, also called "bacne," can be frustrating to deal with, but there are steps you can take to clear it up. Here are some tips:

Shower daily, especially after sweating during exercise. Use a gentle, oil-free cleanser that won't clog your pores. Look for products labeled "noncomedogenic."

Use a salicylic acid scrub a few times a week to remove dead skin cells and excess oil. Be gentle, though, as scrubbing too hard can irritate your skin.
