Cracked heels are a common issue during winter, caused by dry air and lack of moisture. Here are six simple tips to heal and soften your heels:

Use a thick moisturizer or foot cream with ingredients like shea butter, glycerin, or urea to deeply hydrate and repair cracked skin.
