This pose stretches your entire backside and improves circulation. Start on your hands and knees, then push your hips back and up, straightening your legs as much as comfortable.

This pose gently stretches your chest and spine. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips off the ground until your body forms a bridge shape.

The ultimate cool-down pose. Lie flat on your back with your arms at your sides and your palms facing up. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Allow your body to completely relax.
