A great full-body stretch to wake up your muscles & improve circulation. Start on hands and knees, lift hips high, straighten legs, & press heels down. Breathe deeply.

Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)

Tadasana may look simple, but it’s the foundation of many yoga poses. Stand tall, feet together, arms at your sides, take slow, deep breaths, and feel grounded.

Mountain Pose (Tadasana)

Feeling tired? This pose is great for stress relief and stretching the back. Sit on your heels, extend arms forward, and rest your forehead on the mat. Breathe and relax.
