– 1 cup sesame seeds – 1 cup jaggery – 1 tbsp ghee

Ingredients You'll Need

Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan on low heat until they turn golden and aromatic.

Step 1: Toast the Sesame Seeds

In another pan, melt jaggery with a little water until it forms a smooth syrup.

Step 2: Melt the Jaggery

Mix roasted sesame seeds into the melted jaggery. Let it cool slightly, then shape into small bite-sized balls.
