Oranges are well-known for their high vitamin C content, but several other foods pack even more of this essential nutrient.

Here are some foods that provide more vitamin C per serving than oranges:

Red bell peppers are packed with vitamin C, with more than twice the amount found in oranges. Just one cup of chopped red bell peppers provides over 190 mg of vitamin C, making them an excellent choice for boosting your intake.

Kiwi is another powerhouse of vitamin C, surpassing oranges in content. One medium kiwi provides around 71 mg of vitamin C, which is more than the amount in an orange.
