GBS is a rare autoimmune disorder where the immune system attacks peripheral nerves, causing weakness, numbness, & paralysis, often after you have had some type of infection like gastrointestinal or respiratory.

Campylobacter jejuni, a bacteria in contaminated food, is a major cause of GBS, often triggered by consuming undercooked poultry or contaminated food.

Unpasteurized milk and moist foods like paneer, rice, & cheese can harbor harmful bacteria due to their high moisture content.increasing the risk of infection.

To reduce the risk of GBS, follow proper food handling and hygiene practices. Here are a few tips:

Unpasteurized milk and dairy can contain harmful bacteria like Campylobacter, increasing infection risk.

Ensure all meals reach at least 165°F to eliminate harmful bacteria.
