Sattu, made from roasted gram flour, is rich in protein, fiber, and essential nutrients. It’s a perfect ingredient for creating healthy and filling snacks.

What is Sattu?

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of sattu flour with melted dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons of honey, and a handful of chopped nuts. Stir well until combined.

Step 1 – Prepare the Mixture

Transfer the mixture into a tray and press it down evenly. Let it sit in the fridge for about 1-2 hours until it sets.

Step 2 – Shape the Bars

Once the mixture is set, cut it into square bars and serve at your Diwali party. These bars are a healthy alternative to traditional sweets!
