Face masks can be a game-changer in your skincare routine, giving your skin that extra boost it sometimes needs. But how often should you use them? It really depends on your skin type and the mask you’re using.

These are great for deep cleansing, especially if you have oily or acne-prone skin. Just don’t overdo it! Once or twice a week is enough to keep your skin balanced without drying it out.

Clay & Charcoal Masks

If you have dry or sensitive skin, these are your go-to for hydration. You can use them up to three times a week, and some masks are gentle enough to use overnight for a real moisture boost.
