How to make fennel tea?

Fennel tea isn’t just tasty—it’s packed with health perks! From easing period pain to fighting infections and aiding digestion, it’s worth a sip.

- 1/2 teaspoon honey - 1 tablespoon crushed    fennel seeds -  1 1/2 cup water - 1/4 inch crushed ginger - 3 mint leaves

Ingredients  (1 serving)

Pour 1½ cups of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.

Step 1:  Boil The Water

Add crushed fennel seeds and ginger to the boiling water. Let it simmer on medium heat until the water reduces to one cup.

Step 2:  Add Fennel Seeds

Turn off the heat and strain the tea into a cup. Stir in some honey for sweetness.

Step 3:  Strain The Tea

Your fennel tea is ready! Garnish with mint leaves if you like, and enjoy it warm.
