Making fermented rice Korean skin essence at home is a simple and traditional skincare recipe. Here's a basic guide:

1 cup of rice (preferably organic), 3 cups of water, a clean glass jar with a lid, cheesecloth or a thin cloth and a spray bottle for application.

Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove any impurities and cook the rice with the 3 cups of water until it's soft and fully cooked.
