Here's a simple guide to make ginger tea at home for better digestion:

- 1-2 inches of fresh ginger - 2 cups of water - 1-2 teaspoons of honey - Lemon juice (optional)

Peel the ginger and slice it into thin pieces.

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
