1 cup makhana, 1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onions, fresh coriander leaves, chopped, 1 tablespoon, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt and lemon juice.

In a dry pan, roast the makhana until they become crisp. Set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted makhana, chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onions, green chili (if using), and coriander leaves.

Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and mix well to combine.

Add the roasted peanuts for crunch and drizzle lemon juice. For an extra boost, you can add a teaspoon of olive oil.
