Rice water is known for promoting hair growth, improving scalp health, and adding shine to hair due to its high levels of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Here’s how to make a simple rice water spray for hair growth:

1/2 cup rice, 2 cuAps water, a spray bottle

Start by rinsing the rice thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities.

Place the clean rice in a bowl and add the 2 cups of water. Let it soak for about 30 minutes.

For enhanced benefits, you can leave the soaked rice water at room temperature for 24–48 hours to ferment. This makes the rice water richer in nutrients. If you're in a hurry, you can skip this step and use the water immediately.

After soaking (or fermenting), strain the rice water into a clean container, discarding the rice.
