If you're using fresh rosemary, rinse it well and let it dry completely to avoid moisture, which can cause the oil to spoil. If using dried rosemary, you can skip the rinsing step.

Place the rosemary leaves in the glass jar. Pour the carrier oil over the rosemary until it's fully submerged. Seal the jar tightly and shake it gently to mix.

Place the jar in a warm, sunny spot for 2 to 4 weeks. This allows the rosemary to infuse into the oil. Shake the jar every few days to help the process.

After the infusion period, strain the oil through a cheesecloth or fine strainer into a clean bowl. Squeeze out as much oil as possible from the rosemary.

Transfer the strained oil into a dark glass bottle to protect it from light. Store it in a cool, dark place.

Massage the rosemary oil into your scalp and hair roots to promote hair growth and prevent dandruff. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing it out with shampoo.
