1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary (or 10-15 drops of rosemary essential oil), 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel (optional, for added moisture), and a small spray bottle.

Heat 1 cup of water until it comes to a boil.

If using dried rosemary, add it to the boiling water and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. If you're using rosemary essential oil, you can skip this step.

After steeping, strain the rosemary leaves from the water and let it cool down to room temperature.

Once cooled, add the aloe vera gel (if using) to the water and mix well. If you're using essential oil, add it now.
