How to make rosemary spray for hair growth?

Rosemary oil is known for its ability to promote hair growth by stimulating blood circulation to the scalp and improving hair health.

Here's how to make a simple rosemary spray for hair growth:

1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary (or 10-15 drops of rosemary essential oil), 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel (optional, for added moisture), and a small spray bottle.

Heat 1 cup of water until it comes to a boil.

If using dried rosemary, add it to the boiling water and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. If you're using rosemary essential oil, you can skip this step.

Infuse the Rosemary

After steeping, strain the rosemary leaves from the water and let it cool down to room temperature.

Once cooled, add the aloe vera gel (if using) to the water and mix well. If you're using essential oil, add it now.

 Pour the mixture into a clean spray bottle.

Shake the bottle before each use. Spray onto your scalp and gently massage it in. Leave it on for 30 minutes to an hour, then rinse with lukewarm water.
