Fresh sugarcane sticks (peeled and chopped), mint leaves, ginger, lemon juice, black salt, cold water.

Wash the peeled sugarcane sticks thoroughly and chop them into small pieces (around 1-2 inches long).

Add the sugarcane pieces into a strong blender. Add ¼ cup cold water to help the blending. Optionally, add ginger and mint for a refreshing taste.

Pour the blended mix through a muslin cloth or fine strainer to extract the juice. Squeeze well to get every drop.

Add a dash of lemon juice and a pinch of black salt if you like. Serve it chilled!
