Pomegranate peel tea is packed with antioxidants & anti-inflammatory properties, which help soothe respiratory issues, reduce mucus. It also supports overall health.

– Dried pomegranate peels – 2 cups of water – Honey (optional) – Lemon (optional)

Ingredients you’ll need:

Add the dried pomegranate peels to boiling water. Let them brew for about 5 minutes, allowing the nutrients to infuse into the water.

Lower the heat & let the tea simmer for an additional 10 minutes. This helps release the full benefits of the peels.

Remove from heat & strain the tea into a cup to remove any peel pieces. Add honey or lemon for extra flavor and health benefits.
