Antibiotics can kill both harmful and beneficial bacteria in your gut. To protect your microbiome, separate your antibiotic and probiotic doses by at least 2 hours to avoid interactions.

Why Timing Is Key

Not all probiotics survive antibiotics. Opt for medically researched strains like-Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG or Saccharomyces boulardii,  which are known to withstand antibiotics.

Take your probiotic 1-2 hours after your antibiotic dose. This ensures the beneficial bacteria reach your gut alive and can restore balance.

How To Take Probiotics

Take probiotics every day during your antibiotic course to replenish friendly bacteria and prevent digestive issues like diarrhea.

Daily Consistency Matters

Continue probiotics for 1-2 weeks after finishing antibiotics to rebuild your microbiome and support long-term gut health.
