How to use ashwagandha for hair growth

Ashwagandha is a powerful Ayurvedic herb known for reducing stress and promoting hair growth by strengthening hair follicles and improving scalp health.

Here are some easy ways to use ashwagandha for healthy, strong hair:

Mix 1–2 tbs of ashwagandha powder with warm water to form a smooth paste. Apply it to your scalp and hair, leave it for 30 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water. This nourishes the scalp and strengthens hair roots.
