Chew a handful of raw fenugreek seeds daily on an empty stomach. This simple routine boosts hair growth and overall scalp health.

Create a paste by mixing fenugreek powder with water. Apply it to the scalp and hair, leave for 30 minutes, then rinse. This treatment strengthens hair and reduces dandruff.
