Let's begin with basic underatnding of diabetes and its types.

Diabetes is a metabolic disorder that occurs when your body struggles to regulate blood sugar levels. It can be due to insufficient insulin (Type 1) or insulin resistance (Type 2).

What Is Diabetes?

Type 1 is an autoimmune condition where the body attacks insulin-producing cells (produce no insulin), often diagnosed in childhood.
