A heart attack, also known as a myocardial infarction, occurs when a part of the heart muscle doesn’t receive enough blood. 

What Is A Heart Attack?

Chest pain or discomfort is the hallmark of a heart attack. It might feel like pressure, squeezing, fullness, or sharp pain—often on the left side of the chest.

Men often experience intense chest pain, pressure, pain radiating to the arms, shoulder or back, and shortness of breath.

Heart attack symptoms in women can be subtler, such as  -Unusual tiredness or fatigue. -Nausea or vomiting.
