This pose stimulates the thyroid gland and improves blood flow to the neck area. Lie on your back, lift your legs overhead, & support your lower back with your hands. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Opens the throat and chest, enhancing circulation to the thyroid. Lie on your back, arch your chest, and place the crown of your head on the mat. Hold for 30 seconds.
