Oats are rich in soluble fibre like B-glucan, which is known to reduce bad cholesterol and protect heart health. Dalia doesn’t offer this advantage but provides slow-digesting carbohydrates, ideal for sustained energy.

Oats are rich in fibre, which aids in smooth digestion by promoting gut health and preventing constipation. On the other hand, dalia is lighter and easier to digest, making it ideal for those with a sensitive stomach.

Oats have a low glycemic index and high fibre content, keeping you full for longer and curbing unnecessary cravings. Dalia, while nutritious, lacks the same level of fibre but still serves as a low-calorie option for lighter meals.
