Gently tilt your head forward until your chin touches your chest, then tilt it back to look upward. Repeat 8–10 times. This helps stretch and relax your neck muscles.

Turn your head slowly to the right, hold for 5 seconds, then turn to the left. This exercise improves flexibility & reduces stiffness.
