Lack of slumber increases hunger hormones & thus cravings. Ensure 7-8 uninterrupted hours of sleep every day.

Many fall for quick-fix pills & fat burners without scientific evidences. Balanced nutrition & exercise are best options only. Forget the shortcuts.

Mistake 5- Trusting Unproven Weight Loss Supplements

Belly fat or arms cannot be targeted. Fat loss will happen uniformly, not spot-specific. Go about it doing full-body workouts with an easily maintainable consistency.
