What Are Omega-3 Fatty Acids?

ALA (Alpha-Linolenic Acid): Found mainly in plant oils like flaxseed, soybean, and canola oils. EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid): Found in fish and seafood. DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid): Also found in fish and seafood.

– Your body can’t make ALA, so you must get it from your diet. – Your body can convert some ALA into EPA and DHA, but only in small amounts.
