West Bengal Health For All Employees and Pensioners Cashless Medical Treatment Scheme, 2014
State Government employees, pensioners including family pensioners, All India Service (AIS) officers, AIS pensioners including family pensioners, and their eligible family members
How?
The beneficiary will be required to produce enrolment certificate before the approved Health Care Organisation (HCO) for undergoing cashless medical treatment (website of Finance Department may be consulted for up to date approved list of such HCOs)
Where?
Government hospitals, hospitals managed by local bodies, like municipalities, state-aided hospitals, selected speciality hospitals outside the state, and private hospitals in the state and in National Capital Region (NCR)

Apply online for enrollment in the scheme http://wbfin.nic.in (if not applied already)
Retired AIS officers who rendered their services in WB will have to pay INR 40,000/- as a one-time payment for the enrollment.

Receive treatment in an empanelled hospital/ Government hospital, i.e. recognized hospitals under the Health Scheme, show health scheme ID card, inform your office within 3 days of commencement of treatment, claim for reimbursement within 3 months of discharge

People who seek financial assistance from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund may send their signed application on a plain paper along with all the related documents (in case of LTI should be attested by Govt. Following are the required documents for financial assistance from Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for medical treatment:
Photo copies of all the documents are required to be attested by Group-A govt. officer. Group-A are class-I public servants
Treatment is partially funded (Exact cap not mentioned)
The financial assistance sanctioned is a one-time grant only. Generally the sanctioned amount is directly forwarded to the concerned hospital/institute as per their advice
