The program can be availed by anyone who wants to lose, gain
or manage his/ her weight.
Is there any guarantee of weight loss/ gain here?
We don’t set any target weight loss/ gain for any customer.
The customer himself/ herself sets the goal and our medical
team will help you achieve a safe and approachable target.
How long will the program take?
It is designed for 90 days. Our experts will help you in
achieving a safe target (depending on your age, gender,
medical complications, etc.) in a specific time period.
However, you may continue your journey after 90 days for
weight loss/ gain/ maintenance based on your results.
What if I have any medical complications?
Our team of doctors and dieticians will monitor you
periodically to ensure you are healthy. In addition to this,
you will go through certain lab tests to ensure your safety
and better monitoring.

for 90 days (includes minimum of 6 dietician consultations,
