Met XL Amt 50/5/40 Tablet ER may be taken at any time of day, with or without food, but it is best to take it at the same time each day. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. It may cause side effects like upper respiratory tract infections, sinusitis, pharyngitis, back pain, and diarrhea. What if you forget to take Met XL Amt Tablet ER?
