Aluminium Hydroxide + Carboxymethylcellulose + Magnesium Hydroxide + Simethicone contains three active ingredients. Aluminium hydroxide neutralizes excess gastric acid. Magnesium hydroxide exerts a demulcent effect, protects gastrointestinal inner lining from irritation and erosion. Simethicone relieves painful pressure caused by excess gas in the stomach and intestines. Sodium carboxymethylcellulose provides stability to the formulation.
