Dicyclomine + Paracetamol + Simethicone is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine , Paracetamol and Simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
