Mepolizumab

Mepolizumab is used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS), asthma and psoriasis.

Mepolizumab belongs to a class of medications called monoclonal antibodies. It works by blocking the action of some natural substances in the body that cause the symptoms of asthma such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, cough, and wheezing.
