Sertraline + Clonazepam

Sertraline+Clonazepam is used in the treatment of depression, Panic disorder, anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder and Premenstrual dysphoric disorder.

Sertraline + Clonazepam is a combination of two medicines : Sertraline and Clonazepam. Sertraline is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant. It works by increasing the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger in the brain. This improves mood and physical symptoms of depression and also relieves symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder and anxiety. Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of a chemical messenger (GABA) which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.
