New Saridon is a remedy for headache (mild-moderate). It is effective for different headache types, such as headache spread across, on the sides and back of head.
Adults and Adolescents (above 12 years of age).
Not meant for children under 12 years of age.
Not meant for pregnant woman or lactating mothers.
Please consult a doctor before taking if you are suffering from any other illness and consuming any other medication.
Adults and children > 12 years - 1 tablet.
Single dose can be repeated at intervals of 4-6 hours.
If needed, a single dose can be given up to three times in 24 hours.
Not to be consumed with other paracetamol containing medicines or if allergic to any of the ingredients. New Saridon should not be taken for more than one week or at doses higher than those recommended, except as directed by a doctor. The tablets should be swallowed with sufficient amount of water or other liquid. If consuming New Saridon, limit the intake of caffeine such as coffee etc. on that day.
New Saridon must not be used by children under 12 years of age.
It is best to consult with your doctor before taking New Saridon when pregnant/ during lactation.
Taking more than daily dose may cause liver damage or allergic reaction such as swelling of face, itchy throat, rash or difficulty in breathing.
New Saridon should not be taken if there is a history of allergy to the drug or to any component of New Saridon (Paracetamol and Caffeine). The use of New Saridon should also be avoided or be under direct supervision of your doctor if you have pre-existing medical conditions that increase the risk of unwanted side effects.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the formulation, myasthenia gravis and megacolon, as well as mechanical obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract or paralytic or obstructed ileus. In rare cases of hereditary diseases (e.g. fructose intolerance) that are incompatible with the components of the formula, this product is contraindicated.
