During winter, I have acute problem of Blood circulation in leg, as a result, toe gets swellied and finally soars develops. Find, Trental-400Mg is effective for this probelm. But it's not available anywhere, also it's substitutes are also not available. Kindly sugest

This can be chillblain Use gloves and warm water to reduce these problems Other medicines can be given bt only after checking few parameters Plz visit a nearby dermatologist and also take opinion form a cardiovascular surgeon to rule out any arterial obstruction
