Hi sir I have a pain on my left shoulder radiating downward and going on head which create anxiety and dizziness due to repeated use of shoulder

I have sudden bouts of itching on my scalp, upper back and upper chest. It's is extremely sudden, lasts maximum 10 minutes. Ive observed that it is activated when I go outside and physically exert myself. Basically it starts mostly when I feel hot.

Due to exercise my neck got stiffed and i cant do my head back ward whenever i used to bend my neck back there is a bony effect can any problem.

Forgot to turn off the hot cloth press and touched it when it was extremely hot. Since, I holded it it burned a lot. Have applied ice and toothpaste for now But it is still paining a lot
