These medications include: • Methotrexate (used for various cancers and rheumatoid arthritis) • Griseofulvin (for fungal infection) • Tamoxifen (for breast cancer) • Steroids (used in many conditions) • Valproate (for convulsions) • Amiodarone (used in heart diseases) Also, certain medications like pain killers, aspirin, etc. can worsen the liver damage process in patients of cirrhosis.
