I am 37 week pregent I have a 16 month baby by c section I have high bp and thyroid problem should I wait for labor pain or go with c section again

Please go for C section only. Do not attempt for normal delivery so soon after a previous c section as chances of uterine rupture are high.

If you are having cholestasis of pregnancy then it's better to deliver at 37 completed weeks or even before that if your enzymes rises further.
