I am having Diabetes since 8 years.Taking medicines.At present taking Glycomate GP 1Forte ( before Breakfast and dinner).Fasting 125 and PP(After 2 hrs breakfast 200 and after 2.15 hrs 170),2 hrs after lunch 170, Hbaic 6months ago:6.10. 4 weaks ago:6.50.Recently feeling breathless problem ,also taking Calcigen D3 for Vitamin D. Please suggest to control the diabaties. Report attached.

fasting is 125 which is slightly high
and also you have vit D deficiency
there's no PPBS in the reports

You can take Mukta vati along with your treatment . 1-1 Tablet after lunch & dinner, Take at least 1-2 months. if you get good result you can continue

Presently taking Tendia-m tablet for past one month Blood sugar value is 80 fasting & 120 AFTER FASTING PLEASE SUGGEST IF DOSAGEAGE OF TENDIA-M can be redused i.e 1/2 tablet daily instead of one tablet daily taken presently.

I am on humaninsulin ,30/70 32u in the morning at 8am. Again 25 u at 10pm. Along with metformin 1 gm and my blood sugar fasting is 135 what should be done

If you are taking just 1gm metformin once, add 500 mg metformin after dinner and check fasting sugars after 1-2 weeks. Should be in range 90-120. If still high, can increase pre dinner dose of insulin by 2 units This is if your kidney and liver function is good.

Patient is on insulin tresiba 20 units (bed time) and oral medicine trajenta duo 2.5/500 twice a day. He is also undergoing treatment of liver chhirosis with strict diet plan of low salt with high protien. Issue is that his fasting comes in range of 80-90 but before lunch it raises upto 220-240 and after dinner PP comes in range 280-300. Pl suggest. Last Hba1c was 7.1
