I have done endoscopy for tightness in right side of throat and endoscopy results are normal in spite of normal endoscopy is the reason for tightness due to acidity.

Yes it is usually due to acidity. Try anti acid PPI for 1month

You have to undergo surgery again but remember purpose of surgery is to open the sinuses as u will have to use steroid washes to prevent recurrence
